History of Thai Massage
Traditional Thai massage originally comes from India, from the Indian yoga tradition and in Buddhism. The practices of Thai massage travelled from India over 2000 years ago, brought by the Indian Buddhist monks and are now practiced as a way of life in Thailand and part of traditional Thai medicine.
This massage is founded on the idea of working with the body's 'Sen', or energy pathways. It combines gentle yoga stretching, acupressure and pressure point techniques.
Correcting energy flow has huge impact on one's health. Working with the four elements of life: EARTH, WATER, WIND and FIRE; all of these are vital to your mind, body and spirit.
